Summary
Join Coupa as a Senior Coupa Pay Growth and Adoption Manager and help customers maximize their Coupa Pay investment by driving growth and adoption of Virtual Cards, Digital Payments, and Working Capital Solutions. You will develop and execute strategic adoption plans, build trusted customer relationships, analyze customer opportunities, and deliver compelling platform demonstrations and training. This role requires 10+ years of experience in payments or procurement systems, deep expertise in payment and/or procurement platforms, proven success with SaaS solutions, and excellent communication skills. The estimated pay range is $110,075 - $156,500.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in payments or procurement systems, either in-house or with a consulting/software firm
- Deep expertise in Payment and/or Procurement platforms, with strong client management and project execution skills
- Proven success with SaaS solutions, particularly Coupa BSM and similar platforms like Tipalti, Nvoicepay, Ariba, NetSuite, Workday, and SAP
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic adoption plans for large Coupa Pay customers, aligning success goals with broader business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Build trusted relationships through strategic conversations, becoming a partner in long-term planning and best practices
- Analyze customer opportunities across virtual cards, bank transfers, and working capital solutions to drive platform growth
- Deliver compelling platform demonstrations, training, and enablement sessions to customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to resources like templates and presentations while supporting team members and traveling as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates with experience configuring and delivering software demos; bachelor's degree or equivalent required
