Senior Customer Success Manager

Summary

Join Greenhouse as a Senior Customer Success Manager and be a key driver of growth for the world’s fastest-growing enterprise talent acquisition suite. You will manage a book of enterprise customers in the UK & Ireland, serving as a hiring coach and strategic partner. Build strong relationships across customer organizations, communicate critical concerns and opportunities internally, and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team on renewals and expansions. This role requires 3+ years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing role, experience with cross-functional account teams, and a background in SaaS is a plus. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing role across Customer Success and/or Account Management
• Experience collaborating with a large cross-functional account team
• Applicants will be required to provide evidence of their right to work in Ireland as part of the application process and it is pre-condition to any offer of employment
• Greenhouse is not in a position to support employment permit applications for candidates for this role

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of customers of Enterprise customers in the UK & Ireland
• Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
• Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organisations
• Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally
• Identify upsell opportunities and work with Account Management to renew customer contracts
