Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing role across Customer Success and/or Account Management
- Experience collaborating with a large cross-functional account team
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom as of the start date chosen by the Company
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of customers of Enterprise customers in the UK & Ireland
- Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers
- Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organisations
- Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally
- Identify upsell opportunities and work with Account Management to renew customer contracts
Preferred Qualifications
Background in SaaS, a plus
