Summary

Join PriceSpider as a Senior Customer Success Partner and serve as the primary relationship manager for Tier 1 Strategic Accounts, focusing on revenue generation through managing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and ensuring the health of existing subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company by conveying its vision, mission, and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, partners, industry influencers, and media to promote the company's offerings
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations, keynotes, and thought leadership content showcasing the company's expertise and industry insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute marketing campaigns, content strategies, and social media initiatives supporting evangelism efforts
• Gather customer feedback, insights, and market trends to inform product development and enhancement
