Summary
Join phia as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer and contribute to protecting large enterprises from cyber threats. This remote position involves working within a small team to maintain a secure web presence, manage web security applications, and mitigate attacks. You will ensure data security, implement observability across platforms, deploy threat detection techniques, and collaborate with auditors for compliance. Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, Or equivalent work experience
- Functional comprehension of web application architecture
- Understanding of PCI Security requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain Public Trust (or higher) government clearance
- CompTIA Net+
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Security +
- CPTE - Certified Penetration Testing Engineer or CEH - Certified Ethical Hacker
- Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
Responsibilities
- Ensure internal and external data security, adhering to best practices and compliance standards
- Implement observability across platforms for application monitoring and alerting
- Deploy threat detection and mitigation techniques to ensure data/application security
- Work with auditors to ensure security compliance
