Senior Data Analyst

Summary

Join Antenna, a data and analytics startup, as a Senior Data Analyst on our Data Operations team. You will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of data to internal stakeholders and customers. Partner with the commercial team to understand customer data usage and build high-quality data solutions. Analyze large datasets, resolve data quality issues, and develop QA efficiencies. Collaborate with various teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Insight Analysts. This remote-first position is open to applicants nationwide.

Requirements

• Expert in SQL, Excel and business intelligence tools e.g. Looker, Redash (3+ years)
• Strategic thinker with 4+ years experience working with data-driven products
• Passionate about applying critical thinking and data analysis fundamentals to solve customer problems
• Skilled at organizing, analyzing, and vetting large volumes of data with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Proven track record of navigating complex ETL systems and collaborating with technical counterparts to improve operational processes and ensure data integrity
• Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform critical business decisions – and design and build high-quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction
• Ensure product updates are shipped rapidly and in full alignment with technical and commercial teams
• Analyze large datasets to identify and resolve data quality issues, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and engaging directly with clients as needed
• Develop QA efficiencies across the data pipeline to ensure predictable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to both internal and external stakeholders
