Senior Data Analyst

Requirements

• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Advanced knowledge of applicable work area
• Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirement
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other reporting design tools
• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex data and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data processing concepts
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
• Research, analyze, and document findings
• May coach and review the work of other team members
• Build, document, analyze, and communicate product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and reports to various leaders throughout the organization
• Design and build various reports and reporting dashboards
• Ensure data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs
• Ensure reports are fulfilling user requirements, efficiently designed, and easy to support and maintain
• Define recommended changes to existing reporting environments in alignment with current business needs and direction
• Translate complex data into digestible reports for technical and non-technical audiences
• Analyze reporting and analysis requirements, document existing processes, and recommend solutions
