Summary
Join Deel's rapidly expanding customer marketing organization as a key member of the GTM Data team. You will collaborate with leadership to define strategy and make critical decisions. Leverage your expertise in building scalable data models in Snowflake and Looker to create insightful dashboards and self-service tools. Conduct in-depth customer analysis to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, optimize customer communication, and develop key marketing metrics. This role requires a strong background in marketing analytics and experience with SQL and data visualization tools. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics or equivalent degree
- You have a deep understanding of marketing analytics (Content, Email, Social Media, etc β¦)
- Highly proficient in SQL
- Experience with Looker (or similar self-service data tooling)
- 3+ years experience in marketing/customer success analytics area with a proven track record of success (upsell/cross sell, Account based Marketing, Enterprise marketing)
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- You are an excellent communicator, you love telling stories with data and you work easily with people across the spectrum
Responsibilities
- Build clean, highly scalable customer marketing data models in Snowflake, using dbt
- Build insightful, flexible and clear dashboards and self-service tools for stakeholder (we use Looker)
- Own and optimize data connections within our marketing stack to get the right data in front of our stakeholders where they work
- Develop strategies and data models for customer marketing, ranging from specific enterprise and account based marketing initiatives, to industry brand campaigns
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, evolve customer segmentation models and use them to drive product and marketing strategies
- Own and develop a suite of customer marketing metrics and help set goals for the organization. Develop strategies for reducing churn and maximizing revenue from existing customers
- Manage and analyze customer communication data, with a focus on optimizing email campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight, dbt, Braze
- You have experience with Python and other data science tools
- Experience with ETL tools, like Fivetran, Funnel
- Youβve worked for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
