Senior Data Analyst

Summary

Join RVO Health as a Senior Data Analyst and support the Off-Benefit line of business by conducting financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting. You will analyze unit costs and contract valuations for pharmacy guarantee management and network contracts. Responsibilities include managing data integrity, pricing models, and performance reporting. You will also create dashboards, forecasts, and financial impact analyses, working with large datasets to identify trends and offer solutions. Daily use of SQL and Excel is required. This role involves summarizing insights for senior leadership meetings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required
• 4+ years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating, and drawing insights from data
• 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and manipulating data in Excel
• Experience building models and forecasts and drawing conclusions from them
• Experience working with and creating tables and dashboards and using all relevant data to make informed decisions
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Managing the pricing details for clients and pharmacies to meet contract terms
• Creating and updating pricing models to quantify the impact of changes and reviewing client/pharmacy performance to stay competitive in the market, ensure accurate pricing, and manage profit margins
• Keeping Networks up to date to ensure accurate pricing and set-ups are correct
• Documentation of output related to core job functions
• Assisting with projects on an ad-hoc basis
• Dashboard maintenance, creation, and automation using data visualization tools
• Creating forecasts and financial impact analysis
• Working with big data to model and find trends and offering solutions to fix any issues found as needed
• Working with SQL and Excel daily
• Summarize insights and recommendations that are presented during regular Senior Leadership meetings

Preferred Qualifications

PBM and/or Pharmacy Pricing Experience preferred
