Senior Data Analyst

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time work experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally at a mortgage servicer or bank
• Expertise in SQL
• Expertise in Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Experience using data visualization tools
• Ability to solve problems independently and build process around situations that have not been encountered before
• Experience working with cross functional data team members

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge and expertise around the data tables across all areas of the business
• Fulfill audit and exam requests from third-party clients and regulators
• Build and deliver custom reporting to third-party clients
• Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and conduct ad hoc analysis to empower operational leaders to understand business performance, make effective decisions, and root cause results
• Work with other data analysts and data engineers to make improvements to data models
