Requirements

• Have a track record and experience in data consulting companies or similar organizations in marketing or professional services
• Have a very good university degree with a mathematical, statistical, and/or analytical focus
• Have conceptual and practical experience with data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, project planning & effort estimation
• Have Business Development abilities in the areas of added-value recognition, service offering preparation, sales, and client management
• Be confident and strong in communication skills, also in dealing with clients
• Have experience as a leader
• Have experience with statistical, programming, as well as BI (Tableau, Power BI & Data Studio), ETL, and development tools and frameworks
• Have knowledge of Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager /Optimize is also desirable
• Have knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, PHP, R, and/or Python is requested
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Implement analytics and tracking projects together with external and international clients from a wide range of industries
• Advise customers on all matters in the area of data & analytics
• Support client & project management by working on pitching, estimating, requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, and project plan formulation
• Do solution design – using the client’s existing systems or suggesting new ones and proposing how they would work
• Be responsible for team development – latest analytics/tools know-how, team efficiency improvement
• Conceive and create performance-oriented key figure analyses of the websites, online channels, and mobile applications as well as the online and multichannel campaigns of our clients
• Be responsible for the ongoing optimization of our internal reporting tools
• Supervise your team and support them in deriving recommendations
