Remote Senior Data Engineer

Summary

Join our team at Multi Media LLC as a Senior Data Engineer and help us build and scale data systems that process petabytes of data to provide important insights to our teams.

Requirements

• BS degree in STEM
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for building data pipelines
• Experience with data warehousing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) and transform tools (DBT, SQLMesh)
• Experience mentoring and leading other data engineers and analysts
• You have worked with cloud providers like AWS or GCP

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines for the site to operate
• Ingest and maintain data assets
• Design, build, and launch new data models in production using DBT
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and key product stakeholders to define the best data solutions
• Build data platforms for analysts and product managers to use and get data insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data governance best practices
• Experience with DBT and data modeling
