Senior Data Engineer in United States

Summary

The Sr. Data Engineer will work within the Enterprise Data Integration team, creating, enhancing, and supporting ETL processes, transforming data according to Business Rules and MDM, and analyzing complex SQL and Python code. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience building comprehensive data integration solutions representing data from relational and analytical source systems or models
• Strong institutional knowledge of Enterprise Data Integration industries
• Ability to understand complex business needs and logical problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Expert level understanding of database methodology, the MS BI Stack, Python, Cloud Data Lake technologies, and other industry solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications / experience required
• 5+ years IT development experience required
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence application delivery using the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SQL Server, Power BI) required
• Strong experience in relational and dimensional data modeling required
• 2+ years of Cloud Data Lake Technology experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Python experience
• Experience with Workload Automation Tools – (Control-M V9 Preferred)

Benefits

• $81,000 - $124,550 a year salary range
• Additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance
