Summary
Join Reveal HealthTech, a healthcare-focused technology services company, as a Senior Data Engineer. Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and architectures for healthcare applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable data solutions. Develop and optimize SQL queries, build data models, and maintain database schemas. Ensure data quality and integrity across systems. Support reporting initiatives using Power BI. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in data engineering and expertise in MS SQL Server, data modeling, and ETL pipeline development. Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server , including database design and advanced query optimization
- Expertise in data modeling , database architecture , and ETL pipeline development
- Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures in MS SQL Server
- Build and maintain data models and database schemas that support business intelligence and analytics needs
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to support reporting initiatives, including Power BI
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data workflows for performance and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is advantageous
- Passionate about improving healthcare through technology
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Experience with healthcare data or working with US-based health tech clients
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Exposure to modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, etc.)
