Senior Data Engineer

Requirements

• Strong experience building data pipelines and platforms across cloud environments
• You are no stranger to Python, SQL (DBT), and Terraform
• You can take full ownership of implementing a customer data platform against industry best practices
• You can make relevant trade-offs in cost, complexity, scalability, reliability in selecting data services and solutions
• You chime well with analytics engineers, business analysts, and software engineers to get things done

Responsibilities

• Develop templates to quickly deploy a data platform in the customer’s cloud environment (Azure, GCP, AWS) using cloud native data services ( BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, DuckDB, etc.) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDKTF)
• Setup and maintain infrastructure to create a comprehensive library of data models for different sources and actionable insights. Setup CI/CD, data testing, lineage, data documentation, and access control
• Bring real-time data to our flagship product, defining data pipelines, APIs, working closely with our analytics engineers and full-stack engineers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Typescript will also come in handy
