Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles
  • Experience building, deploying, and running ML models in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Implement and deliver complex, high-impact data platform projects, managing them through their full lifecycle with minimal guidance, and owning all stages from planning to execution
  • Work closely with application developers, database administrators, and data scientists to create robust infrastructure to support efficient, data-driven insights and user applications
  • Identify and understand end-user data needs, design solutions, and build scalable data pipelines that enable timely, informed decision making
  • Create data frameworks and services used by other engineers and data scientists, focusing on scalability and consistency across the data platform
  • Work within the data team to create, refine, and enhance data infrastructure and tooling, ensuring optimal performance, and maintainability
  • Collaborate with data scientists to advance our production-level Machine Learning platform, balancing model performance with practical implementation
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and engineering teams, using a solid understanding of the product domain to inform technical decisions and drive impactful work
  • Support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring completion aligns with organizational goals, timelines, and standards
