Senior Data Scientist

Summary

The job is for a Data Scientist position at adjoe., a mobile ad platform. The role involves assisting the WAVE product team by analyzing data to improve their prediction model. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in Data Science, be proficient in deep neural networks and SQL, and have strong communication skills.

Requirements

• At least +4 years of professional experience in the Data Science field
• Professional experience in adtech, e-commerce, social media or a similar industry
• Great level of understanding of deep neural networks (libraries such as Tensorflow and PyTorch)
• Experience developing deep neural networks for recommendation systems
• Outstanding experience in SQL
• Ability to dive deep into math and explain complex topics in an easy way
• Strong team player and enjoys helping others
• Passionate about working with stakeholders and communicating insights in an effective manner

Responsibilities

• Assist the WAVE product team by gathering, interpreting, and deriving smart conclusions based on data
• Conduct research and hypothesis testing to improve the bidder algorithm
• Drill into data from various sources and write queries to generate insights
• Create, analyze, and communicate reports and statistics to business teams and partners
• Transform recurring analyses into KPIs and Dashboard Views for easy monitoring
• Act as an advocate for data-related topics in the company and become the go-to person for stakeholders in your area of expertise

Preferred Qualifications

Experiences in deep cross networks and multi-task deep learning is a plus
