Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for claims operations and post-purchase product features
• Collaborate closely with business partners within Analytics, Operations, Product and Engineering to help optimize claim intake, adjudication and fulfillment product features
• Work directly with senior leadership to support management of our claims operations through analysis, data insights, creation of data pipelines, and dashboarding
