Requirements

• A Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a track record of successfully applying data-driven solutions in a professional setting
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• A deep understanding of statistical methodologies and their practical application
• Proven experience working with different statistical methods or models
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Ability to apply quantitative techniques to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven strategies
• A proven track record of solving complex business problems by developing and implementing data-driven solutions that enhance business performance
• Demonstrated ability to proactively research and learn new concepts, tools, and techniques to stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving data science field
• Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions
• Strong communication skills in English (B2-C2) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills in English to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Effective presentation skills in English to share findings and insights with team members and decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and statistical models to solve complex business problems and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, design experiments, and develop data-driven solutions
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and extract valuable insights contributing to business growth and optimization

• Continuously monitor model performance, assess data quality, and refine models to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science and technology, and identify opportunities to apply emerging methodologies to enhance existing models and processes

• Execute end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation to model deployment
