Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within an agency or product design company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially as it pertains to internal and external non-technical audiences
  • Thorough understanding of MMM/Forecasting/NLP and production use of GenAI and Frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, and MCP
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience leveraging libraries such as Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data manipulation, analysis, and feature engineering
  • Deep understanding of ML frameworks, particularly TensorFlow, to develop and optimize models for predictive analytics and AI-driven solutions
  • Extensive experience working in cloud environments, specifically (GCP), with strong proficiency in Vertex AI for deploying and scaling ML models
  • Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab, utilizing them for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and collaboration across teams
  • Ability to build and deploy scalable AI solutions, integrating cloud-native ML pipelines specifically with Vertex AI, GCP, and other cloud-based data services
  • If the selected candidate holds a degree in Engineering or a related profession, they must present their professional license

Responsibilities

  • Cross-craft collaboration with teams such as creative and strategy to create business solutions
  • Operate in a hands-on role, developing statistical algorithm solutions and establishing data models for machine learning, and looking for opportunities to utilize AI
  • Work with APIs and build automated workflows for products
  • Work along the whole data science life cycle, from EDA, through feature engineering, model selection and training, evaluation, and deployment
  • Isolate and gather the insightful signals from disparate datasets, and be able to speak to these to a non-technical audience
  • Play an instrumental role in strategic optimizations by leveraging our suite of intelligent data products and solutions
  • Serve as a hands-on Data Scientist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings data science expertise into the portfolio of work

Preferred Qualifications

  • A degree in STEM is a plus
  • Innate desire to remain at the forefront of the latest developments in the AI/ML space
  • Strong interest in continuing education and acquiring subsequent certifications
