Senior Data Scientist

Summary

Join Inspiren, a company offering a complete ecosystem in senior living, as a Senior Data Scientist. You will be integral in working with resident health and care data to provide insights and feedback. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining algorithms, integrating new datasets, managing the data lake solution, creating visualizations, and analyzing data for trends. You will collaborate with various teams to solve business problems using data. The role requires at least 5 years of data science experience, proven analytics experience, and strong analytical skills. A flexible PTO policy and a salary range of $150,000-$180,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) are offered. The position is remote and based in the US.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain algorithms that power information and feedback from the Inspiren system
• Identify and integrate new datasets that can be used to provide additional insights from the Inspiren system
• Setup, own, and innovate on Inspiren’s data lake solution
• Create data visualizations as necessary
• Analyze data for trends and patterns
• Work with the operations, sales, and product teams to understand business problems and develop the answers with data to meet their needs
