Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Five years of experience working as a Senior Data Scientist, Data Scientist, Business Intel Engineer, Business Associate, or a related occupation

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex data sets using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover actionable insights to guide business strategies
  • Employ range of technology tools and programming languages, including SQL for data extraction and manipulation, Python and R for data analysis and model building, and platforms, including Snowflake, fivetran and DBT for data warehousing and transformation
  • Utilize tools such as Metabase, to create compelling visualizations and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to understand the data and make informed decisions quickly
  • Work closely with the marketing team to conduct in-depth, complex analyses and answer critical business questions, delivering insights that will provide informed decisions on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Build and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve product offerings, enhancing the overall customer experience and driving growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and engineering, to ensure that data insights are integrated across the organization, driving coherent and coordinated action
  • Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests and other experimental frameworks and provide insights that guide the development and optimization of marketing strategies and product feature
  • Develop and apply marketing measurement capabilities such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and Multi-touch Attribution (MTA) to evaluate the performance of our marketing efforts
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, while establishing and enforcing data governance practices, maintaining the reliability of our data-driven insights
  • Provide tactical support in terms of day-to-day analytics, and also play a strategic role in shaping the direction of the team and the company, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation
