Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience building complex ML models
• Marketing domain experiences in ad channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google Ads
• Expertise in Python & SQL
• Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data science strategies that drive business outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• You understand supervised machine learning well and are comfortable with both traditional modeling techniques and neural networks
• Your tool chest spans prototyping with Python/Jupyter/SQL & can assist in deploying with Docker

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Machine Learning models to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights
• Has a strong product mindset and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Clean, preprocess, and transform data to prepare for analysis and modeling
• Explore and analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business value
• Design and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and improve model performance
• Develop predictive models to forecast business metrics
