Requirements
- Masterβs or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (physical, life, or social science)
- 2+ years of professional experience doing quantitative analysis, particularly in an Internet-focused, consumer-focused organization
- Background in applied statistical modeling on large experimental or observational data sets
- Experience extracting data from a variety of sources (solid understanding of SQL is required)
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages: Python preferred
- Effective and persuasive written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data, multi-task, and produce results independently or collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Help design and analyze experiments to understand ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends
- Build key data sets to empower operational and exploratory analysis
- Advocate for strong analytical standards and methodologies across the organization
- Be responsible for the definition, evaluation and reporting of key product metrics
- Sit at the intersection between product, engineering, and leadership to advise, influence, support, and implement our product decisions
- Help cultivate a culture of measurement to build a better Firefox
