Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience using tools like Pandas, scikit-learn, dbt, or similar
- Comfortable working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Strong understanding of experimentation design (A/B testing, uplift modeling, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skillsโyou can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or martech
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact opportunities to leverage data
- Build predictive models, customer segmentation, and recommendation systems to enhance product experiences
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing across the platform and marketing channels
- Develop scalable analytics frameworks and self-service tools to democratize data across the organization
- Perform exploratory data analysis to inform product strategy and feature development
- Support data-driven decision-making through dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analyses
- Contribute to the development of our data platform and ML infrastructure in collaboration with data engineering
