Senior Data Scientist

Summary

Join Wolt's Consumer Analytics team as a Data Scientist and dive into data to solve crucial business problems within the Payments domain. You will diagnose problem areas, identify solutions, design experiments, and influence decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive action directly, working with real-time geolocational and temporal data. The position offers flexibility with remote work options across Finland, Germany, Sweden, and Estonia, or in tech hubs in Helsinki, Berlin, and Stockholm. Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Data Scientist position
• Experience with the Payments domain
• Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing (A/B testing), and experimentation using statistical software packages in Python, R, or equivalent
• Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets
• Prior experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar
