• You have strong SQL and Python craft skills and ability to communicate impactful messages to key stakeholders

Responsibilities

• You will be one of the few people at Canva with a company-wide understanding of what drives our growth story
• You will develop attribution models for free and paid users that will form the basis of our strategy performance evaluation
• You will contribute to key pieces of technical infrastructure of existing solutions and help drive their roadmap forward
• You will provide solutions to teams that allow them to measure more effectively
• You will dive into how we connect the performance and goals of each team across Canva to our central growth narrative
• You will explore how collaboration relates to free user growth and what it means commercially if platform performance improves
• You will be working on some of the largest tooling solutions that Canva has within its data science specialty
• Be ready to make key technical contributions to a large code base and develop net new methodology to improve coverage, accuracy and interpretability
• You will also need to feel confident in defining how to present user value and effectively communicate that to key leads
• This will involve forming a clear opinion and supporting it with analytics when necessary
• You should also adopt a practical and thoughtful approach by considering how analytical solutions connect to the commercial realities at hand
• Create solutions that resonate with both perspectives and advocate for what you truly believe in
