Summary

Join Healthie as their first Senior Deal Desk Analyst to lead the Deal Desk Team and play a critical role in supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be responsible for driving discount/margin review, approvals, deal structuring, and troubleshooting pricing quotes. This role involves process and policy documentation, advising on best practices, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You will also perform detailed reviews of quotes to ensure compliance with company revenue recognition policies and conduct various analyses. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives and improve workflows, enhancing business operations and supporting business growth. This is a full-time, remote position located within the U.S. with a base salary of $100,000-$120,000 per year.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of deal desk, pricing, quote to cash, order management, contract management role in B2B SaaS company
  • Proficient or Advanced in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Fast learner - You’re excited about picking up new things and you think learning curves are more like runways
  • Detail-oriented - You are highly observant and are able to pick up on minor details or changes that others often overlook. You're willing to put in extra time on a project to ensure it's completed error-free
  • A team player - Works well with a variety of people and personalities, can interact with various groups, and help to drive results cross-functionally
  • High integrity - you never cut corners ethically. You earn trust and maintain confidence
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Drive discount/margin review, approvals, deal structuring, configuring and troubleshooting pricing quotes
  • Own process and policy documentation and advise on best practices while partnering with both Sales and Customer Success
  • Own driving deal execution while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Marketplace Partnerships, Customer Success and Sales and create winning deal structures that maximize partnership opportunities
  • Perform a detailed oriented review of quotes to ensure compliance with company revenue recognition policies as well as ad-hoc revenue driving projects
  • Source, analyze, and report quantitative data and perform any ad hoc analyses re: contracts and pricing
  • Assist in any process improvement related projects on the quote to cash process for all relevant stakeholders (i.e. Renewals)

Preferred Qualifications

Background in accounting/finance and love reading contracts
