Senior Developer Productivity Engineer

Summary

Zepz is a remote-first fintech company with two leading global remittance brands: WorldRemit and Sendwave. The company aims to unlock prosperity for cross-border communities through finance and technology. A Senior Developer Tooling Engineer at Zepz will focus on automating processes, reducing manual steps, improving infrastructure health visibility, and ensuring the delivery of code. In the first few months, the engineer will work on improving development tools, building tools to increase visibility into opaque processes, creating automation for manual tasks, and exploring solutions for complex process problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, Software Development, or an equivalent field
• Experience working closely with key stakeholders across an organization's development, operations, and business units
• 2+ years working with AWS or Google Cloud
• Proficient in code deployment tools (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, Chef)
• Experience working with Git and other CI/CD tools and pipelines
