Senior Devops Engineer

Summary

Join Blackpoint Cyber, a leading cybersecurity company, as a DevOps Engineer in our A.I. business unit. You will build and maintain DevOps solutions supporting the development of our A.I. products. This role requires 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with A.I. product delivery. You will work directly with the Head of Artificial Intelligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hands-on DevOps Engineering, with a track record of supporting delivery of A.I. products and services into production
• Experience building in the well-architected mindset—for efficiency, performance, security, and reliability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experienced in Cloud-based ML Infrastructure (AWS)
• Experienced in A.I. CI/CD & Deployment Operations (GH Actions)
• Experienced in IaC Development & Deployment (Terraform)
• Experienced in Systems Operation & Administration
• Experienced in Config Management (IAM, Networking, Security)
• Experienced in Automation & Orchestration Pipelines
• Experienced in Build, Test, & Monitoring Frameworks
• Experienced in Containerized Services (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experienced in Scripting Language (Bash, Python)
• Experienced in Query Language (SQL)
• Experienced in GitFlow & DevOps Best Practices

Responsibilities

• Build, administrate, & operate infrastructure for A.I. development & deployment
• Develop, deploy, & manage Infrastructure as Code
• Implement & enforce operational environment standardization
• Automate & orchestrate containerized services & pipelines for CI/CD
• Conduct build, load, & deployment testing of delivered A.I. solutions
• Develop utilities for monitoring oversight of deployed infrastructure
• Implement data, systems, & DevOps best practices
• Contribute to A.I. architectural & infrastructural decisions
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Blackpoint Cyber’s Security Operations Center (SOC), and our Adversary Pursuit Group (APG)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MLOps Frameworks (Airflow, MLFlow, KubeFlow)
• Agile Scrum
• Experience in Cybersecurity, IoT, or NLP fields
