Senior DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join Consensys, a leading blockchain and web3 software company, as a DevOps Engineer and contribute to the development and maintenance of our critical infrastructure. You will configure and manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloudflare), administer CI/CD pipelines, maintain internal systems, and respond to IT incidents. This role requires experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and IT ticketing systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with specific tools like Okta and Jira, as well as knowledge of blockchain technologies. Responsibilities

• Configure and manage cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP and Cloudflare
• Manage and administer our CI/CD pipelines with Github (GitHub Actions. AWS Landing Zone)
• Maintain and improve our internal management systems
• Respond to IT incidents and requests through Jira Service Management to ensure minimal downtime and loss
• Enhance security infrastructure by using Okta for secure Identity management
• Document all DevOps and infrastructure-related processes within Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud computing platforms
• Experience with GitHub and understanding of version control concepts
• Experience with Security and Identity management tools, preferably Okta
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems, preferably Jira Service Management
• Familiarity with Confluence or equivalent documentation tools
• Understanding of blockchain technologies and familiarity with Web3
• Good problem-solving methods and a proactive work ethos
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• 3+ years experience administering cloud platforms
• Certification in AWS, Azure or other Cloud platforms is beneficial
