Summary
Join GWI as a Senior DevOps Engineer and play a key role in our Athens-based DevOps Department. You will be responsible for infrastructure code reviews, assisting the engineering team with DevOps best practices, and contributing to the team's internal roadmap. This is a permanent, full-time, flexible/remote-first position with a focus on cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will possess experience with cloud service providers, infrastructure-as-code tools, container technologies, monitoring systems, and CI/CD platforms. Requirements
- Demonstrate experience with at least one Cloud Service Provider (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Demonstrate experience with infrastructure-as-code software tools (Terraform)
- Demonstrate experience with container technologies (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes)
- Demonstrate experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Demonstrate experience in at least one industry standard CI/CD platform (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins etc)
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for infrastructure related code reviews
- Help the rest of the engineering team applying best practices in DevOps related topics
- Work on the team's internal roadmap on cutting edge technologies
