Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Be proficient in Linux and Docker or other container management systems
- Possess strong knowledge of AWS services, including VPC, EKS, RDS, ElasticCache, EC2, S3, CloudFront, and ECR
- Have mastery in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Serverless Framework
- Have experience with monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and Grafana
- Be familiar with CI/CD pipelines, using tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- Possess scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Groovy
- Have hands-on experience with GitHub for version control
- Have a university degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade critical infrastructure to ensure it meets the demands of a rapidly growing and innovative gaming platform
- Collaborate in a shift-based system to proactively monitor and respond to system alerts, ensuring minimal downtime and operational continuity
- Spearhead automation projects to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions
- Diagnose and resolve challenges within DevOps systems and infrastructure to ensure consistent performance
- Actively monitor infrastructure performance and react swiftly to resolve any operational anomalies
- Contribute to infrastructure and system upgrades to keep Playson at the forefront of technological innovation in the iGaming sector
- Work within a high-traffic environment, solving complex problems, and ensuring stability and scalability under demanding conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an advanced understanding of Kubernetes RBAC
- Have knowledge of Kafka, ClickHouse, and FluxCD/ArgoCD
- Be familiar with ticketing systems like Jira
