Senior DevOps Engineer

Join Wallarm, a global remote-first company, and contribute to the development and maintenance of our on-premise Wallarm Cloud deployment tool. This backend role involves maintaining and developing deployment tools, observability systems, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure using various technologies. You'll need extensive Kubernetes and Linux experience, along with skills in CI/CD, IaC, and networking. Requirements

• Deep experience in self-hosted Kubernetes
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab
• Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Molecule, where Ansible is preferred)
• Experience with any cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure
• Understanding the basics of network technologies (TCP/IP family)
• Experience with Python and Bash for maintaining and developing the tool for deploying Wallarm Cloud in on-premise configuration
• Setting up monitoring on VictoriaMetrics (Prometheus), Grafana, and Alertmanager
• Experience in Linux infrastructure administration
• Good communication skills, ability to argue your point of view
• Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the tool for deploying Wallarm Cloud in on-premise configuration
• Maintain and establish observability systems based on VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Loki
• Build CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• Manage infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Molecule
• Automate development and testing processes using Molecule
• Participate in OnCall activities and customer conversations/deployments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with security stack: HashiCorp Vault, TLS, SSDLC, SIEM, IDS/IPS systems
