Requirements

  • 8+ years leading engineering teams, including mentoring and developing leaders
  • Experience in professional services, thriving in client-facing roles
  • A passion for learning, with a track record of applying new insights to business solutions
  • Ability to scale engineering teams in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing experimentation, personalization, and web development
  • Expertise in CRO, content management, e-commerce, and digital business data analysis
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing teams at all levels
  • Proven success collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the engineering (primarily web development) function, supporting execution and growth across Design+Build and CRO services
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence across Engineering & QA teams
  • Mentor and develop engineering leaders to support client engagements and drive team success
  • Optimize and scale a dynamic talent model that includes US-based, offshore, and nearshore resources
  • Serve as a trusted partner for solving complex technical challenges
  • Own and influence senior client relationships, ensuring alignment with their technical and strategic goals
  • Develop engineering strategies that drive business growth, anticipating trends and evolving our capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client leads to design, build, and optimize impactful digital programs
  • Manage P&L, staffing, budgets, and resource allocation for the engineering function
  • Lead the evolution of an engineering operating environment that supports both existing and emerging business lines
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and technical excellence across teams
