Senior Director of Clinical Transformation

Requirements

• A MD followed by completion of an accredited residency program, ideally with some clinical practice experience after residency
• Significant experience in clinical operations or care delivery
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with clinical transformation or change management

Responsibilities

• Drive change across the Virta clinical organization, coordinating key initiatives to advance and meaningfully impact Virta’s OKRs in the service of our patients and our clients
• Lead a sophisticated key opinion leader program to develop relationships with clinical and scientific influencers across metabolic health and cardiovascular disease
• See a small panel of Virta patients (0.1 FTE)
