Remote Senior Engineer

Summary

Join Wunderkind as a Senior Engineer to play a critical role in delivering technical solutions and services for our clients. You will sit within a cross-functional Services team, working with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
• Professional Javascript experience
• Experience writing third party API integrations, preferably with ESPs
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Positive “Can-Do” attitude with the ability to be flexible with changing demands
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Excellent problem solving & collaboration skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Experience with GitHub and GitLab

Responsibilities

• Own the process of scoping and implementing technical solutions, including third-party integrations with our client’s tech stack
• Write errorless JavaScript and test appropriately, ensuring the end-to-end expectations are working properly
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on WKND products and best practices
• Perform extensive data validation to ensure proper collection of data
• Comprehensively document implementations to be referenced by internal and external users
• Mentor and provide guidance to engineers across the global organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL & Unix commands
• A plus: Knowledge of ETL solutions
