Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Java, and modern programming languages
• Experience with AI/ML mechanisms and event-driven architectures
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend solutions using Python, Node.js, Java, Django, FastAPI, NestJs, and Spring Boot
• Work with Generative AI to build and iterate rapid prototypes
• Transition prototypes to production and scale to the first customers, refining configurations as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features
• Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance product capabilities
• Ensure high standards of code quality through reviews and testing
• Produce detailed documentation and technical specifications
• Use Docker, AWS, and Azure for deploying solutions
• Create presentable UI from scratch for early-stage prototypes
• Generate synthetic data for prototype demos
