• Experience in end-to-end software development of production systems

• Led high-functioning teams and meaningfully built and maintained engineering culture
• Experience in hiring, developing talent, and giving feedback
• Exceptional understanding of your team’s coding abilities and know when projects need extra support
• Experience in helping the team make the right architectural decisions that balance business value and system stability
• Skilled at testing, monitoring, and running a production software system
• Worked effectively with senior leadership in setting a strategic 6+ month direction
• 5 or more years of experience as an Engineering Manager
