Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of managing a Team, Proven experience as a manager of managers and technical lead, with a strong track record of leading successful projects from inception to delivery
- Proficiency in System Architecture and Design with knowledge of OLTP, OLAP databases
- Good understanding of cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP) and streaming data tools such as Kafka, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Proficiency in the project management process and techniques such as Staff planning, executing, and monitoring projects
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams and driving them toward big goals with consistent execution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly explain deep technical concepts, effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery across FinTech Charters with a High-performing Team that aligns with the Companyβs business objectives
- Mentor Managers/Tech leads and retain talents, Foster growth plans at each level of the team and Excel culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Build Credit & Risk Platforms and own Technical Directions and decisions along with Tech Leads
- Spearhead in Translating Business requirements to Tech solutions, Strategise long term Engineering Initiatives and own Staffing requirements
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with nearby/distant teams, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across departments to drive initiatives
- Contribute to the wider Nivoda engineering culture, including developing best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines to be adhered to throughout the development lifecycle
- Leverage Expertise to improve Customer Touch points in FinTech Charters and Ability to make decisions aligned with the company's vision and contributing to strategic growth
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to inform decision-making and ensure the engineering teams remain competitive
