Requirements

• Has a well-equipped managerial toolbox and experience leading a large team of engineers delivering business impact
• Has a technical background in software engineering or a deep understanding of low-level technical concepts, like networking, application architecture, and/or databases
• Thrives on exploration and experimentation to discover iterative improvements that will have a lasting impact
• Can independently identify and tackle projects that solve open-ended, ambiguous problems that are often beyond the scope of your immediate team
• Will take accountability for the people in your team, the way they work, and the results they deliver
• Can identify and diagnose problems and proactively create solutions to ensure a team performs at its best
• Will autonomously guide your team to the sustainable delivery of business impact
• Can confidently coach developers at any level to reach their full potential

Responsibilities

• Clarifying the goals, roles, development, and execution plans for your team
• Helping your team understand our strategy and how they contribute to the big picture
• Proactively coaching people remotely, accelerating them along their personal growth trajectory
