Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in an engineering management role leading multiple teams
- Proven leadership in guiding full-stack development teams for large-scale distributed architectures, preferably utilizing Java, Angular, and AWS technologies
- Background as a software engineer, with a track record of architecting and developing consumer facing SaaS products and/or PaaS
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven success in building and growing high-performing teams
- Proactive mindset and ability to independently drive and implement new concepts and ideas

- Lead teams of Software Engineers across multiple domains developing foundational and shared services
- Inspire teams around our shared mission, core values, and desired behaviors
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to influence and deliver results in alignment with business objectives and strategy
- Establish efficient development and operational processes, implement effective product metrics, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvements
- Ensure products and releases are delivered on time and with high quality
- Provide guidance and mentorship, actively invest in the growth of individuals, and propel the team towards continued excellence
