Summary
Join Clover's Business Enablement team as a Sr. Enterprise Architect and play a key role in shaping our technology future. Reporting to the VP of Technology Strategy, you will develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards. Lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement architecture solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Success will be measured by the effective adoption of architectural standards and the successful implementation of strategic technology initiatives.
Requirements
- You possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) particularly within healthcare
- You have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex technology solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment, with a focus on scale, modular design, AI, and cybersecurity
- You are skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Business acumen centered around healthcare is desired with a minimum of seven years as an enterprise architect
- You are passionate about driving innovation and leveraging technology to solve business problems
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals, fostering a culture of innovation
- You are a strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future technology trends and their potential impact on the business
Responsibilities
- Work with the VP, Technology Strategy and other CLOVTech leaders to develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards, aligning them with business goals and technology trends. This includes a focus on modular thinking, ensuring systems are built for flexibility and maintainability, and scale, designing solutions that can grow with the company
- Lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices. This involves incorporating cybersecurity by design principles to ensure security is inherent in all solutions
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and services that support the organization's current and future needs. This includes staying abreast of advancements in AI and recommending solutions that leverage these technologies, as well as promoting automation fluency to streamline processes
- Collaborate with CLOVTech and business stakeholders to define and implement architecture solutions that enable business capabilities and drive innovation. This requires thinking in a modular way to create reusable components and considering the scale needed for future growth
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices, and promoting automation fluency and the integration of AI where applicable
