Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering or a related field
  • Proficient in system architecture, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Strong knowledge of scripting and automation tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Implement IT Solutions: Develop and implement innovative IT solutions aligned with business needs and strategic goals
  • Build and Maintain Scalable Infrastructure: Design, maintain, and optimize scalable and reliable infrastructure systems to ensure performance and availability
  • Collaborate and Resolve Technical Issues: Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges through root cause analysis
  • Enhance System Performance and Security: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance while ensuring compliance with security protocols and standards
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Guidance: Mentor junior engineers, offer technical guidance to team members, and contribute to the development of IT policies and best practices, including the evaluation and implementation of new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
