Senior ERP Developer

Summary

Join StimLabs as a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to the development and enhancement of the StimLabs ERP solution. You will work across the full stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for Syteline ERP and Factory Track. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using Infor Mongoose; building and integrating APIs and databases; writing clean, well-documented code; employing secure coding practices; developing unit tests; troubleshooting and optimizing systems; and assisting with system refreshes. The role requires proficiency in Mongoose, IDOs, and SyteLine customization tools, along with experience in SyteLine integrations and .NET/C#. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mongoose framework, IDOs, Form Scripts, and SyteLine customization tools
• Experience with SyteLine integrations via ION, REST APIs, or other middleware tools 5+ years’ experience
• Familiarity with .NET/C# or other programming languages used for SyteLine extensions
• Effective team player who works well with others to achieve common goals
• Continuous pursuit of cutting-edge technologies and best practices to deliver the most effective solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance are maintained at the highest standards
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust full-stack solutions for Syteline and Factory Track ERP components using the Infor Mongoose toolset and industry stands for development
• Build and integrate APIs, web services, and databases to support both internal and external system communications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across both front-end and back-end technologies
• Employ and enforce all secure coding practices per company and industry regulatory requirements
• Develop unit tests, code reviews, and automated testing to ensure the quality of delivered code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems, ensuring efficient performance in both development and production environments
• Assists with System Refreshes of Pilot/Dev Environments and plays a key role in system uplifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on Infor Syteline ERP or Factory Track solutions
• Experience with IDM, Data Lake and other cloud-based solutions that have integrations with Syteline ERP
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry or healthcare-related technology applications
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
