Summary

The job is for an experienced EVM Engineer at Magic Eden, a multi-chain NFT Platform. The role involves researching, designing, and implementing EVM products, contributing to Solidity development, blockchain indexing systems, and working closely with the team. The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience, with 2 years on Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains, smart contract development with Solidity, Foundry, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Requirements

• 6 years experience
• At least 2 years with Ethereum and EVM-based blockchains
• Smart-contract development with Solidity, Foundry, Web3.js / Ethers.js frameworks JavaScript/TypeScript

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implementation of existing and new EVM products
• Contribute to Solidity development for Magic Eden’s NFT marketplace
• Contribute to blockchain indexing systems with a focus on high performance and throughput
• Work closely with company’s founders, designers, engineers and security auditors to ensure the systems are of high quality and delivered to the market in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Ethereum Development Suites (e.g. Foundry, Truffle, Ganache, Hardhat, Tenderly)
