Summary
Join GameChanger, a remote-first tech company, as a Senior Experiential Marketing Specialist. You will bring our youth sports mission to life through event execution, fulfillment, and partner support. Coordinate immersive brand experiences at tournaments and activations nationwide. Collaborate with various teams to execute co-branded events. Maintain event documentation and manage vendors. Track and report on key performance metrics. Identify process improvement opportunities. Support travel and on-site logistics for events. Evaluate and prioritize activation opportunities based on impact and ROI. This role reports to the Events Operations Manager and involves occasional travel.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, field marketing, or event operations, with a track record of planning and executing brand activations from start to finish
- Strong project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, logistics, and cross-functional coordination
- Proficient in tools like Looker, Hubspot, or similar platforms to manage workflows, track performance, and report on event KPIs
- You bring an operational mindset to your work—anticipating needs, streamlining execution, and keeping event logistics running smoothly
- Managed vendor and agency relationships across multiple events, ensuring clear expectations, accountability, and consistent, high-quality execution
- Bring creative ideas to life through engaging activations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful experiences
- A clear and confident communicator with experience representing a brand externally; comfortable working with teams like Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and Creative to align on expectations and ensure seamless execution
Responsibilities
- Own the logistics, fulfillment, and execution of GameChanger's in-person events and brand activations
- Coordinate event timelines, shipments, branded materials, signage, and inventory to support a national event calendar
- Partner with teams like Marketing, Brand, Business Development, and Creative to execute co-branded events with high-profile partners
- Maintain clear and updated event documentation, checklists, and planning processes to ensure repeatable, high-quality execution
- Manage vendors and agencies by setting clear expectations, tracking deliverables, and ensuring high standards are met
- Track and report on timelines, budgets, and key performance metrics using tools like Looker, Salesforce, or Airtable
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring fresh operational ideas to how we plan, prep, and activate across multiple sports and customer types (B2C and B2B)
- Support travel and on-site logistics, including occasional weekend event work, to ensure smooth execution in the field
- Evaluate and prioritize activation opportunities based on impact, ROI, and alignment with brand goals
