Summary

A profitable B2B SaaS company based in North America is seeking a remote Senior/Staff/Lead Front End TypeScript Engineer to join their core Web Applications team. The engineer will be responsible for complex feature development, realtime feature development, building front end components, and performance optimization using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Custom Elements or other native DOM APIs. They should have 7+ years of senior experience in JavaScript and be an expert in TypeScript, HTML/CSS. Bonus qualifications include experience with Lit and Ruby on Rails. Requirements

• 7+ years senior experience building and scaling services in JavaScript
• Expert/Very strong in TypeScript
• Expert/Very strong in HTML/CSS
• Experience with JavaScript Custom Elements or other native DOM API's
• Experience building SaaS software dashboards and admin interfaces

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall development, design, and implementation of front-end services. This includes creating and managing TypeScript components
• Contribute to and develop architecture for enabling real-time capabilities across our platform. Including writing out technical specifications for large features
• Building pixel-perfect front-end components (ex. Lit framework) and iterating user-focused applications and interfaces. Ensure styling matches our Figma Mock Ups in color, spacing, fonts
• Identify, assess and improve bottle-necks or scaling issues
