Senior Finance Systems Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in administering, configuring, and customizing third-party financial systems across QTC, ERP, P2P, and T&E processes
• Strong technical skills and expertise in software development, scripting languages, database management, and system administration

Responsibilities

• Optimize system configurations to align with business objectives and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance system projects to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Identify areas of underutilization or potential risk, working with the stakeholders to develop a project roadmap for platform optimization and process improvement for better efficiency and scalability
• Develop custom scripts and workflows to increase automation and streamline processes, as well as troubleshoot existing scripts, workflows, and integrations within the platforms
• Support new system implementations and serve as the subject matter expert on technology decisions relating to impacted business processes
• Ensure comprehensive and timely communication of project status to all relevant stakeholders
• Conduct thorough review and testing of vendor-managed releases, and implement application changes, ensuring compliance with IT General Controls (ITGCs)
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure that information is readily available, and provide training to users on effectively utilizing our financial systems

Preferred Qualifications

• System certifications are a plus (e.g., NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification, Zuora Certified Developer, Coupa Platform Certification)
• Accounting experience is strongly preferred

Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits
