Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular data entry and updates to our accounting software
• Handle all bookkeeping tasks, including recording daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records
• Generate reports and analyze data to support financial decision-making
• Partner with the accountant to file tax returns, provide guidance on tax matters, and coordinate tax audits
• Support financial audits by organizing necessary documentation and serving as the primary contact for auditors
• Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, and contribute to process improvements within the finance department
